By accessing or using Free Passport Size Photo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Free Passport Size Photo is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create passport and ID photos conforming to official specifications for 65+ countries. All image processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or retain any images you process through the Service.

You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or deceptive identity documents
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Use automated scripts to access or scrape the Service at scale
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

All content, design, code, and materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Photos you process using the Service remain entirely your own. We make no claim to any intellectual property rights over your images.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Photos produced will meet the official requirements of any government authority
• The Service will be available at any particular time or location

It is your responsibility to verify that your final photo meets the requirements of the relevant government or issuing authority before submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to passport application rejections, delays, or costs incurred.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed USD $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party resources.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
